“Toward an ecological healthcare”, concept meant like a system of cares that is respectful of people in their entirety, from patients to relatives, from doctors to all the other experts of care. Slow down the invasive technocracy and increase quality of the health service through an eco-system that can exalt the person in his complex and context. Eco-health like respect for the environment.
In this healthcare eco-system, medical humanities bring efficacy and efficiency, recognised basics by the World Health Organization inside policies of September 2016:
Cultural context for health: the use of narrative method research in health sector
Through concrete examples that turn from the importance of narrative medicine in the construction of relational eco-systems between patients and caregiver and relatives, to the architecture to build healthcare eco-system like factor of care, to the healthcare managements that have to choose in a “ecologic” and sustainable way the organization strategies, the event wish to increase the perspectives of this healthcare that is now facing, for cuts at the public spending, for promotional campaign with an unclear interpretation and a demographic ageing not only of the patients but also of the caregivers, with an average age of the medical class of 51 years, a period of crisis and therefor potentiality of renovation.
